Recipe amounts:
Pressed Cottage Cheese Waffle
1 egg
75g pressed cottage cheese
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk of your choice
5 tbsp flour
¼ tsp baking powder
Brazilian stuffed tapioca
½ cup of hydrated tapioca
Filling:
1.5 tbsp cottage cheese
1 egg
salt/pepper
Sprinkle or garlic powder
Sprinkle of dried oregano
Diced tomato
Sliced green onions
Sliced avocado
Oat crepe
1 egg
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oat flour
salt/pepper
Filling: (your choice) I used
Cheese
Tomato
Spinach
