Pilates Intermediate Swiss Ball Workout

Hi Pilates Lovers!
This workout was FUN to film - lots of wobbles and bounces!! However, this is a tough one. Lots of strength is required here to maintain balance. Be careful on the Swiss Ball, be sure to keep your core engaged, and feel free to pause the video to get into the right position!
I hope you have as much fun doing this, as I did filming it :)
