In this tutorial, I will show you a number of poses you can practice using the wheel to help stretch your entire spine. We will look at over 15 different ways the wheel can help us improve our spinal flexibility and get a nice juicy stretch - many variations for all levels.
The yoga wheel is a circular shaped hollow object that is a wonderful prop to have as part of your yoga kit. We know it can be a great way to help you improve your flexibility or a strengthening your body.
Some postures we will look at includes:

▶︎ Pigeon pose
▶︎ Low lunge backbend
