这个频道播出后，一些初学下厨的亲戚朋友留言说，希望可以分享一些心得啦烹饪技巧啦小撇步等等。于是就有了这个视频。由于建立频道最初始的目的并不是为了教学，所以并没有系统化的整理一套教科书式的视频资料。而且我还是觉得厨艺这种东西还是需要实践才行，给我点时间看看能帮大家做些什么，可能安排个免费的小课室之类。

目前暂时把之前一些视频的画面稍微间接整理出来，再补拍一些新的视频来补全资料。暂定分成5集：
#1 基础
#2 小撇步、偷吃步
#3 各种普通食材的小常识
#4 关于刀工、油温和火候的取舍
#5 大家来做创意料理

由于教学式的资料庞大，阿火一个人整理资料、示范、拍摄、剪接、处理字幕等等，实在没办法定时上传。所以请订阅并开启小铃铛吧，这样当视频一上传你就可以第一时间收到消息了。

After the broadcast of this channel, some relatives and friends left a message, they are new to cooking so they will like me to share some of basic skills and tips about cooking. This is how this video evolved. The initial idea of this channel is meant for sharing, so I don't really compile a set of textbook-style video materials. I think cooking skills need practices, so give me time to see what I can do to share with you, may be arrange a free classroom like session or something similar.

At present, I can only sorted out some of the scenes from previous videos, and take some new videos to complete the information. Tentatively they are divided into 5 episodes:
1 Beginner's Guide
2 Some tips and "cheat code" for cooking
3 Common knowledge of common ingredients
4 About cutting, oil temperature and heating
5 Let's do some fusion recipe

Due to excessive work load, there is noway for me to compile data, demonstrate the cooking, shooting videos, edit, typing subtitles etc. alone within a short period of time. Systematic upload can be a challenge. So please subscribe and turn on the bell, so that you can receive the notification as soon as the video is uploaded.
