Happy December!! the year has FLOWN!!! since its the end of the year and there is so much celebration happening I wanted to talk you through how I have been navigating this time of year! How I am leaning on meal prep at the busy times, choosing healthy options but also creating balance. Allowing myself to have treats regularly while also maintaining my goals and values! I am heavily focused on my training at this time so I go a little into my workout plan moving forward into this month!
