It’s easy to get caught up in buying all the gear when you’re first starting out! But is it really all necessary?
It can be hard to navigate Instagram and TikTok to figure out what’s actually necessary so I’ve made a list of some things that I think are absolutely essential to have has a beginner runner and I’m cutting out everything else!
