Welcome to your Bird Of Paradise Yoga Flow! The last part of our 3-part-mini-series to get your standing splits game, strong! We are doing Bird of Paradise for our peak pose and we will be adding asanas as we acclimate each round of this ladder flow. Total of 8 rounds, so there are more than 8 chaturangas and vinyasa flows in this class. This is a full body workout, as we challenge ourselves with some binds, balance, flexibility, and strength. I highly suggest for you to be fully warmed-up before starting this class.
