WORKOUT:
Floor Taps (3 taps = 1 at toes, 1 at mid-foot, 1 at heel)
10 reps, 3 sets
Seated Leg Lift
10 reps (last rep = 10 sec hold), 3 sets
Handstand (aim for 30 seconds)
1 rep, 2 sets
Jefferson Curl
30 sec, 3 sets
Tuck Planche
10 sec, 1 set
Tuck Planche Negative
1 rep, 1 set
Pike Press Negative
1 rep, 3 sets
Tucked Planche Press to Handstand
1 rep, 1 set
*Let the the Tucked Planche Press also be the final Pike Press Negative set
**In the video I did these exercises in order. However, I have also overlapped them with effect. For example you could go:
