In this follow up to our previous Cadillac CT6 radio diagnosis, we complete the repair with a donor HMI module and radio. After restoring communication to both modules, we find a damaged HMI connector preventing display function. Once seated properly, we program the used radio ( a 30 minute process ) and the used HMI module functionality and screen resolution are restored.
