Thank you for joining me today for a banded leg workout workout! So glad to have you here! Happy moving :)
Fitness level: All levels
What to expect:
• Duration: 30 minutes
• Intensity: Medium - high
• Equipment: Mat, medium resistance band, light resistance band
Remember to listen to your body, pause if needed, and most importantly, have fun!
Don’t forget:
• Warm-up before starting the workout.
• Stay hydrated and take breaks as needed.
• Cool down with stretches afterward.
