Looking for a 10 Minute Full Body Warm Up Routine that you can do before every workout? In this video, I'll teach you 8 Dynamic Stretches to help you improve your mobility. It is SO important to do a quick dynamic warm-up before ANY sort of workout! This full-body warm-up can be done before any workout, takes less than 10 minutes, and will help increase your range in motion and prevent injury! Here are your warm-up exercises:
