HOW TO FIND TENANT BUYERS WHEN DOING A LEASE OPTION. We’re looking for people with challenged credit to help them become home owners. Our mission: we provide home ownership for people that can’t necessarily go out and get a loan. The good thing about Lease Options is we’re working with approx.. 75% of the potential buyers in the market place instead of the other 25% that have good credit and have already been pre approved for a loan. Most people can’t qualify for home loans, and that’s the people we want to work with.
Just imagine, after a buyer’s been turned down by the loan officer, they think they’re locked out of being a home owner due to a low credit score. Then we come along and offer a new home regardless of credit. We’re providing a service to our community that’s in high demand. In this video, I take you through a few marketing strategies and scripts that I use to find highly qualified tenant buyers for my lease options houses.
