Welcome to your Full Body Kettlebell Burn! Don't have a kettlebell? No worries! I show you how to do each move with a regular dumbbell. I used a 10lb dumbbell and 10lb kettlebell, but you can use whatever size you have at home.

Make sure to keep your core tight and engaged as you do these moves. This will help you not only do the moves with correct form but also help build those core muscles. And don't forget to smile! This workout brought me so much joy and I hope it does for you as well :-)
