This is the perfect 20 minute walking workout for beginners! 1.5 miles will fly by and leave you sweating.
No worries if your fitness tracker doesn't show exactly 1.5 miles after the walk. We will be moving our arms for a lot of the workout so it's not going to catch every step. Instead of focusing on the mile marker numbers, focus on moving throughout the whole workout!
