Hey Everyone! As if Taylor Swift couldn’t be more talented, she also makes the BEST Chai Sugar Cookies -- she is definitely in her Cookie Era! People Magazine did a limited edition release of Taylor’s favorite recipes and compiled them into one place, it has been a gold mine to read! Taylor’s cookies were made for the holiday season, and although the holidays are over, what a better way to bring back the holiday spirit to your home!

Cookies:
½ C room temperature unsalted butter
½ C vegetable oil
½ C granulated sugar
½ C confectioners sugar
1 chai tea bag (empty contents into small bowl)
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 C flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
Glaze:
1 ½ C confectioners sugar
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
3 TB eggnog or whole milk
