Full Power Day: Bench Warm-Up + Squats + Deadlifts + Killer Leg Day 🔥

Today’s workout was a full power day. Since I didn’t get to bench yesterday, I started the session with a quick bench warm-up just to get some chest activation in before hitting legs. After that, me and Raj went straight into a heavy leg day and pushed through every movement with full intensity.
Workout Breakdown:
• Bench Warm-Up – grabbed a few sets to make up for missing chest yesterday
• Squat Rack – heavy squats to start the leg session strong
• Deadlifts – building posterior-chain power, form and strength
• Leg Extensions – quad isolation work for that deep burn
• Leg Curls – lying hamstring curls (posterior focus)
• Hip Abductions – glute + stabilizer muscles
• Calf Raises – machine calves to finish the lower body
• Abs – core finisher to wrap everything up
This was one of those days where we hit everything — chest, quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and core. A full-body grind and a reminder that consistency always wins. Me and Raj showed up tired, but we still pushed through every set.
