A midweek pause to breathe, rest and reconnect.
In this gentle Mid Week Exhale session, you’re guided through a sequence of breathwork practices and stillness — beginning with breath awareness, then moving into Nadi Shadana (alternate nostril breathing), a soft mouth-to-nose breath, and finishing with Coherence Breathing. Between each, you’re invited to rest in silence and listen to birdsong — natural medicines for the nervous system.
You’ll be reminded that comfort is your only rule. There’s no striving — only gentle curiosity and reconnection with your own rhythm. Each breath and silence deepens the sense of groundedness, easing the mind and softening the body.
