Can A Bug Catcher Beat A Pokemon HeartGold Hardcore Nuzlocke?

This is a Hardcore Nuzlocke of Pokémon HeartGold, whilst only using the pokemon used by the Bug Catcher Trainer Class. Certified Classic trainer status; they are one of the best designed trainers in the games, especially in the johto region, just wriggling around in the dirt looking for dudes. But can this trainer get 16 badges and rise to the summit of trainers? Find out if we can complete this monumental task in this Pokémon HeartGold / SoulSilver Nuzlocke.

This is by far the hardest challenge I've done yet, here are the rules:

Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = You're are dunzo'd
2. Can only recruit one pokemon after each gym battle, which are predetermined by the pokemon used by that trainer class within the game you're playing.
3. Nickname Pokémon
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next Gym Leader/E4's ace (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on manual "Set" battle mode
