Today I have a quick and effective 10 minute full body Pilates workout that will leave you feeling strong and energised!

We work on sculpting the abs and strengthening the core, then move into bridging to lift and round the glutes, and finish with a plank series to help shape the booty and define the abs whilst also toning the arms! ✨
