As You Become an AGI High Priest or High Priestess

We look for examples that give us a clue to how introducing AGIs now may have some parallels to major tech evolutions (coupled with infrastructure build-outs) in history, ranging from the current digital revolution and the industrial revolution to the social shifts that happened as Rome conquered most of the known (European, Near Mid-East and North African) world, and further back to when Inanna gave her people the "me" that she obtained from her Father-God Enki. This moment, when humanity received the "me," is actually the closest comparable event that we can find to estimate the impact of AGI introduction.
During Sumerian times, the social structure was governed by rulers and priests. In a comparable way, those of us developing AGIs are forming the "new AGI priesthood," where the key developers become High Priests and High Priestesses of this new society.
This has implications for us, because we will not just train our AGIs, we will educate them - and our AGIs will pick up on our core values. The implication is that to develop AGIs with strong, useful core values, we first need to embody these ourselves.
