In this program we will do a challenging, all over body workout. Its a step up from Level 5. Focusing on Stability.
Your understanding of stability whilst moving through each exercise will be challenged. Your increased body awareness and movement patterns will be challenged too!
Keeping certain body parts still and stable whilst moving others, is an essential component of the Pilates Method.
Stability creates strength and mobility. The more stable our pelvic girdle is the stronger our core. The more stable our shoulder girdle is, the more range of motion our arms have. When our knees are stable our legs are stronger and when our ankles are stable it positively impacts our gait.
