in this video im gonna teach how to bridge rotation with no hands in just a few simple steps
hey guys my name tom Polonsky with capoeira life show
Basically the idea is turning 360 from all fours a with a small jump in the middle

I'm not the most flexible person but luckily this move doesn't require much flexabilty
with his move you can crate florieos combinations such au de coluna
or au queda de rins
If you watch this video Until the End I will show you what common mistakes you should avoid

For this florieo all you have to know is role
and a simple table bridge

the heart of this move is that split of a second your in a bridge position with your hands up in the air
you can train this simply from side to side
try bringing more weight to your feet and slowing down the motion

this move can be done to 3 directions
front
back
and sideways

I want you to keep on turning just like in role

and lastly
starting with role
when you got to all fours take a cross step
and leap with your hand to the other side finishing the role

common mistakes to avoid are
1.jumping to early- first place the cross step

2. if you're having hard time to get your hands higher
bring more weight to your feet
