KILLER Home Chest & Tricep Workout | No Equipment | Parker York Smith
Hey guys! Parker York Smith here with a killer at-home chest & tricep workout. Building lean muscle in your chest and arms is a great way to get a lot of definition and functional everyday strength. No equipment is necessary except for something lying around your house that has a bit of weight to it, maybe around 10 lbs.
Working on your triceps is a great way to get bigger, more defined arms, too!
Here's the workout in text form if you wanna copy it onto your phone.
SS1:
Decline Push Up - 3x10
Tricep Dips - 3x12
SS2:
Tempo Push Up - 3x10
Tricep Extension - 3x10
SS3:
Archer Push Up - 3x10
Tricep Elbow Arm Extension - 3x10
SS4:
Spider Man Push Up - 3x10
Diamond Push Up - 4x10
Don't forget that it's more about getting the reps in with good form than it is about speeding through the workout. Also, bodyweight workouts take time, but stick with it and you'll definitely start to see results. Perform this workout once or twice a week depending on how your body feels.
