CROSTATA AL LIMONE E ZENZERO - lemon and ginger tart

Oggi vogliamo presentarvi un dolce goloso e dal gusto davvero unico: la crostata al limone e zenzero. Abbiamo realizzato una crema al limone veloce ed inserito al suo interno dei buonissimi cubetti di zenzero candito (che abbiamo anche usato come decorazione sulla crostata). Il gusto intenso del limone con il retrogusto piccante dello zenzero dona a questa crostata un sapore intenso che la rende perfetta anche in vista della festa del papà. Se siete alla ricerca di una torta per il 19 marzo che sia diversa dal solito, provate la crostata con crema al limone e zenzero. Il risultato è spettacolare! Fateci sapere cosa ne pensate 😍

INGREDIENTI

CREMA
300 ml latte
buccia di limone
succo di limone
1 uovo
120 gr zucchero
30 gr amido di mais
30 gr zenzero candito

FROLLA
300 gr farina 00
150 gr burro
buccia di limone
100 gr zucchero
1 uovo
mezza bustina di lievito per dolci

DECORAZIONE
zenzero candito
zucchero a velo

Today we want to present a sweet and delicious taste really unique: lemon and ginger tart. We made a quick lemon cream and placed inside the delicious candied ginger cubes (which we also used as a decoration on the tart). The intense taste of lemon with the spicy aftertaste of ginger gives this tart an intense flavor that makes it perfect even in view of the father's day.
