3. Stabilizing attention on the breath
4. Relaxing and enjoying the pleasant sensations associated with the breath
5. Expanding our focus to the entirety of our experience
6. Releasing a sense of knowing and understanding
7. Briefly exploring a sense of effort and "doing"
8. Openly allowing the entirety of this experience
