A slow and calm meditation on the breath (Staying with the actual sensations of breathing).
1. 0:00-1:40: Intention for the practice
2. 1:40-3:18: Finding a comfortable sitting posture
3. 3:18-5:45: Deep breathing into the posture
4. 5:45-12:21: Releasing any points of tension
5. 12:21-30:48: Bringing attention to the actual sensations of breathing
6. 30:48-34:12: Noticing the space / stillness between each breath
7. 34:12-35:00: Slowly returning to daily activities
