Homemade Sourdough Bagels: (Easier Than You Think!)

→Sourdough Bagels (Single Batch, 8 bagels):
150g (3/4 Cup) bubbly, active starter
250g (1 cup plus 2 tsp) warm water (or whey/milk)
24g (2 Tbsp) sugar
500g (4 Cups) bread flour
9g (1.5 tsp) salt

20g (1 Tbsp) honey (for the boiling step)

Desired Toppings (I did "Everything But The Bagel" seasoning)
