*What are your stress levels?
*What is your work schedule?
*What is your exercise schedule and training load?
*When do you usually eat your first and last bites of food?
*Am you a grazer? A nighttime snacker?
*Do you rely on caffeine or sugar to get through the day?
*Do you eat out of packages, and boxes regularly? What is regularly? Weekly- or a couple times a week?
