Vegetable Omelet
Ingredients:
Onion
Potato
Bell pepper (any color)
Spinach
Turmeric (grated from food processor)
2 eggs
Flour
Spices: salt, curry powder, paprika black pepper
Instructions:
Mix the grated vegetables, turmeric, eggs, and flour in a bowl.
Add the spices (salt, curry, paprika) and mix well.
Heat a pan and pour the omelet mixture in.
Fry one side until golden, then flip carefully to cook the other side.
Kofta Kebab
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
2 onions
3–4 cloves garlic
Ginger
Spices: salt, curry powder, paprika, black pepper, cumin, turmeric
Dried coriander
Clilli flakes
Instructions:
Mix ground meat with grated onion, garlic, ginger, and all spices in a bowl.
Let it marinate for 2 hours.
Shape the mixture into kebabs.
In a pan, add water and a little oil, then cook the kebabs for 30 minutes until water dries and kebabs turn golden.
Bread Dough
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
Salt
2 tsp yeast
A little butter
Warm water
Instructions:
Dissolve yeast and butter in warm water and let sit for 10 minutes until yeast is active.
Mix with flour and salt to make the dough.
Corn Cake
Ingredients:
3 eggs
½ cup sugar
¾ cup oil
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp yogurt
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 ½ cup corn flour
Cardamom
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake at 330°F (165°C) for 40 minutes until cook very well.
