Smoothie Ingredients:
1 banana 🍌
Almond milk 🥛
Peanut butter 🥜
Frozen fruits 🍓🍍
Powdered milk
Smoothie Recipe:
Blend the banana, almond milk, peanut butter, frozen fruits, and powdered milk together until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy a refreshing breakfast smoothie! 🍹
Pasta Ingredients:
Pasta of your choice 🍝
Tomato paste 🍅
Leek and spinach 🥬
Dried onion
2 eggs 🥚
Spices: homemade spice mix, curry powder, cumin, paprika, salt 🌿
Optional toppings: cooked minced meat with a little onion, dried berries (like barberries), sesame seeds, parmesan
Pasta Recipe:
Boil water and cook the pasta until soft.
Add tomato paste and mix well.
Chop leek and spinach, add to the pasta.
Add dried onion and crack in 2 eggs. Mix gently.
Sprinkle in your spices (homemade mix, curry powder, cumin, paprika, and salt).
For topping, add a little cooked minced meat with onion, sprinkle dried berries, sesame seeds, and parmesan. Serve warm.
Kids’ Pizza Ingredients:
Ready-made chapati from Walmart 🫓
Pizza sauce 🍕
Mozzarella cheese 🧀
Kids’ Pizza Recipe:
Spread pizza sauce on the chapati.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake until the cheese melts and lightly browns. Serve hot.
Frinee/ Pudding Ingredients:
About 1 liter milk 🥛
Cornflour (3 heaping tablespoons) 🌽
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Optional: a pinch of cardamom
4 tablespoons sugar
Walnuts or mixed nuts for topping 🌰
Frinee/ Pudding Recipe:
Dissolve cornflour in cold milk.
Heat the milk slowly on the stove, adding vanilla, cardamom, and sugar. Stir continuously to avoid sticking.
Pour into bowls and garnish with nuts before serving.
Vegetable Omelette Ingredients:
Potato 🥔
Onion 🧅
Garlic 🧄
Leek and spinach 🥬
2 eggs 🥚
Spices: curry powder, paprika, salt, homemade mix 🌿
½ cup all-purpose flour
Oil for frying
Vegetable Omelette Recipe:
Chop potato, onion, garlic, leek, and spinach.
Beat eggs and mix with vegetables.
Add spices and flour, mix well.
Shape into your preferred form.
Cook in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly golden.
