🌙Ingredients
173g(3/4cup) unsalted butter
150g(3/4cup) brown sugar
100g(1/2cup) white sugar
5g(1tsp) vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
280g(2cups) all-purpose flour
3g(1/2tsp) baking soda
4g(1/2tsp) salt
175g(1cup) chocolate chips
Before you make : Preheat the oven for 180C / 355F
1. In a bowl, put unsalted butter and mix lightly. Add white sugar and brown sugar, and mix again.
2. Add egg and egg yolk and mix until well combined.
3. Add sifted all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla extract. Mix until halfway combined.
4. Lastly, add chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. Keep it in a fridge for 30min~2 hours. (You can keep the dough up to 10 days in the freezer)
5. Using cookie dough, make a ball about 6cm(2.3inch) round shape. Place on the baking tray, and bake for 14~18min.
