It's always important to warm up the body before getting into a strength training workout or other harder cardio workout. In other cardio workouts, I always start off at a slower pace but in the new strength training workouts I've uploaded, I wanted to give you the option to do a cardio workout first, or add this workout before doing any at home workout. This warm up would also be suitable for a cool-down after strength training.
