This started thinking about a tri-colored lasagna, but it became clear this was a new, interesting, and fun way to make, serve, and eat lasagna. Novel enough to create a trend? A challenge to actual good cooks? Perhaps.
Comment, please. There is a lot of flexibility within this approach. Like traditional lasagna there are many ways to make it your own. This one though allows for many possibilities, collaborations, and a new level for this already amazing and beloved traditional dish.
