This booty-focused routine targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and inner thighs with controlled, low-impact movements that are safe for all fitness levels — including pregnancy. I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant, and I'm feeling strong and grateful to move with you! 🤰💪 Thank you for joining me!

All you need is a mat, water, a pair of dumbbell and the willingness to challenge your lower body without jumping or complicated transitions. You can modify any exercise to suit your body's needs — always honor your limits and listen to your body.
