No Rise At All Yeast Roll Recipe Below
Here's a recipe for y'all if you need a last minute dinner roll or a bun for sandwich one evening that requires no rise time. Oh and I say to you let them rise because I could tell they didn't rise, only to take them one upstairs and have Joseph tell me how much he likes them and they taste like restaurant rolls. No Rise Yeast Roll.
In a bowl mix 1 cup of warm water, 2 tablespoons of quick rise instant yeast, 2 tablespoons Sugar and let it sit about five min til there's a froth on top.
Then add that to a mixer with
1/4 cup of melted butter
1egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
3- 3 1/2 cups of All purpose flour
Mix well. Knees five min and divide into eight rolls. Bake at 400 for 10-12 min or until golden brown. Hope y'all enjoy them.
