Day 4 - Release and Realign
In this session it is all about releasing the psoas and the glutes. Take your time with the stretches, rather do less reps and hold for longer periods of time. Stretching ain't for sissies when done right. :)
Also find a point in the stretch where you can hold it comfortably. Rather not go to an absolute max where your body feels like it wants to go into a protective mode and fight against the stretch. We want the body to be able to let go and soften.
