At Le Sweat, we are firm believers in a balanced lifestyle. We work on working out with the goal to feel good about feeling good. We express ourselves through the art of fitness, and we use the world as our gym.
At Le RETREAT we present an opportunity for modern day adults to see the world through a group travel lens.
In February of 2018 we traveled to Cartagena, Colomba to sweat, stretch, explore, imbibe, bond and grow together. He is video and photographic evidence of just that!
