Today I'll show you how to make this autumn-limited chestnut bread with simple ingredients. The chestnut purée gives the bread long lasting flavor and softness.
Ingredients:
250g bread flour
150g water
1tsp salt
100g sourdough starter (or 2g instant dry yeast)
150g chestnut purée
100g cooked chestnut
Preheat the oven and cast iron pot at 230C
Bake at 230C with the lid on for 30 minutes, then remove the pot and bake at 200C for 20 minutes.
