This is a 45 minute grounding yoga flow. Part 20 of the Ground & Center Series of classes. A slow flow vinyasa practice that emphasises grounding postures with longer holds, forward folds and a mindful attention to your breath to promote a sense of calm presence. Moving at an un-rushed pace, this class will keep your focus steady, your feet grounded and encourage you to connect back with your body.
