🍽️ Ingredients:
Ingredients per 1 kg
60 % pork belly (600 g)
40 % pork neck (400 g)
The fat content should be between 25 % and a maximum of 35 %.
Spices per kg
18 g salt
15 g fresh garlic
2 g black pepper
0.75 g allspice
0.75 g mace
0.5 g marjoram
