Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients:
Premium wheat flour - 500 grams
Natural honey - 250 grams
Butter (82.5%) - 125 grams
Sugar - 125 grams
Milk - 60 milliliters
Chicken egg - 1 egg
Baking soda - 1.5 teaspoons
Salt - 0.3 teaspoons
Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon - 0.5 teaspoons
Ground nutmeg - 0.5 teaspoons
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt in a saucepan. 2. Preheat the stove over low heat until the sugar dissolves. Immediately add the baking soda and mix well. Bring the mixture to a frothy state, then add the butter and mix well until the butter is completely melted.
3. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Let cool for 10 minutes.
5. Add the flour and mix well; the dough will be sticky. Knead the dough thoroughly.
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
7. Remove from the refrigerator, roll out the dough, and cut out cookie shapes.
8. Bake the cookies for 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
