There are so many tips out there for keeping Instant Pot rice from sticking, involving oil, non-stick spray, special ceramic pots, and other tricks that are simply not necessary. You only have to do one thing. Seriously, one simple thing!
And it works for white rice, brown rice, in 3qt, 6qt, and 8qt pots, basically any rice recipe that has a natural pressure release (which really should be all of them, if you want to make great rice).
