Does it feel like no matter what you do your back muscles just won't grow ?
Well, i understand that feeling !
That was me, i just could not build my back muscles.
Everytime i competed, i was told to work on my back.
I deadlifted heavy and do all what is supposed to be great for building back muscles but nothing seemed to work.
What changed?
This is what i learned that changed my back workouts and help me build my back muscles.
1.Stretching every rep and slowing it down to really feel my back muscles working.
That's all you can depend on when it comes to training your back.
Is to feel the muscles because you cannot see them.
So do it slow, get a good stretch and feel it.
2.To pause my reps and squeeze my back muscles as hard as possible to create even better activation and muscle contraction.
3.The last and most important is to do less pulldown exercises and put more focus on heavy rows.
Rows are your bread and butter for building your back.
