KETO GARLIC BREAD! Mozzarella + Almond Flour, Lost 10kg 💪

Recipe and Ingredients:
1 cup (120 g) grated mozzarella cheese.
1/2 cup (50 g) almond flour.
Salt to taste.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
2 tbsp (30 g) cream cheese.
Melt in the microwave for 1-3 minutes!
1 egg.
1 tsp (5 g) baking powder.
Stir well while warm.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Form the bread.
1/2 fl oz (15 g) melted butter.
A little salt and pepper to taste.
2 tbsp (10 g) grated Parmesan cheese.
1 tbsp (4 g) chopped fresh parsley.
1-2 cloves garlic.
1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil.
Spread on top of the bread. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 340°F (170°C).

Mushroom sauce:
2 tbsp (30 g) butter.
1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil.
1 cup (120 g) sliced mushrooms.
Salt to taste.
1/2 tsp (2 g) garlic powder.
Black pepper to taste.
2 tbsp (28 g) cream cheese.
3/4 cup (200 ml) 20-33% heavy cream.
1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan.
1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice.
Cook until thickened.
Blend with an immersion blender.
1 tsp chopped parsley.
