In this Mat Pilates workout you have an option of using a resistance band or not using any props at all. This is a full body workout that is perfect for a beginners workout and is 30 minutes of low intensity Pilates. You will feel the ab exercises because we’re moving at a slower pace and staying down on the mat to focus on your core center. The resistance band pilates workout is a great addition to any strength routine and the intermix yoga stretches are a treat between the stronger core exercises.
