Bok Choy Smoked Tofu Salad
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
150 g bok choy
200 g smoked tofu (or five-spice tofu)
10 g ginger
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 tbsp white rice vinegar
1 tbsp Agave syrup (or sugar)
2 tbsp toast sesame seeds
1 tsp salt

Sichuan-Style Potato Tofu Salad
Ingredients:
(2 servings)
100 g potato
200 g smoked tofu (or five-spice tofu)
2 green peppers
4 dried chillies
1 clove of garlic
3 slices of ginger
1 green onion
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
2 tbsp white rice vinegar
cilantro
