👉Ingredients:
120g finely rolled oats (1 1/3 cups)
1 small zucchini, coarsely grated
1 small carrot, coarsely grated
1 small onion, finely diced
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tbsp flaxseed + 3 tbsp water (vegan thickener)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp mustard
Salt, pepper , turmeric – to taste
A little oil for frying
👉Steps:
1. Mix the flaxseed with water and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
2. Combine zucchini, carrot, onion, and garlic in a bowl.
3. Add rolled oats, soy sauce, paprika, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Add the flaxseed mixture and stir until fully combined.
5. Heat a little oil in a pan. Form small patties with your hands and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
6. Serve hot with a fresh dip or a crisp salad.
