🟢材料:
魚頭 1個 600克
豆豉 60克
薑絲 30克
辣椒 1隻
糖1/2茶匙
生粉 1茶匙
油 1湯匙
鹽、蒸魚豉油適量
🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 魚頭洗淨吸乾水,加入♦豆豉、適量鹽、1/2茶匙糖、1湯匙油、1茶匙生粉、薑絲,拌勻。
2️⃣ 水滾下鍋,大火蒸8分鐘。蒸完後灒入熱油和蒸魚豉油即可享用。
📌備註:♦豆豉先爆炒一下香味會更特出。
🟢Ingredients:
Fish head - 1 (600g)
Fermented black beans - 60g
Ginger, shredded - 30g
Chili pepper - 1
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Salt, seafood soy sauce - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the fish head and pat it dry. Add fermented black beans, a pinch of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and ginger shreds. Mix well.
2️⃣ Bring water to a boil in a steamer. Steam the fish head over high heat for 8 minutes. After steaming, pour hot oil and seafood soy sauce over the fish head. Serve.
📌Note: It is recommended to stir-fry the fermented black beans briefly for enhanced flavor.
