Hello folks,
welcome to your guided relaxation to calm a busy mind. You only need 5 minutes and some space by a wall, so no excuses!
This pose is magic and there are so many benefits. You'll find yourself slipping into a place of peace and calming down any racing thoughts.
If you aren't able to get into this pose for whatever reason, you can also use a chair and keep the knees bent.
