For Gajar ka Halwa
1 KG Gajar
1 Litre full cream milk
Step 1:
Cut, peal and crush the carrots
Step 2:
Take one big kadhai, Put 1 litre milk in it and make it boil
Once milk gets boil - add the crushed carrots into it and mix it well
keep cooking for 30 mins and mix it every 10 minutes on low flame
once milk gets dry then add sugar as per taste and mix it well.
now again cook for 15 minutes and then add 1 big table spoon ghee and again cook it well.
Now add dryfruits like cashew and almonds into crush form and also add elaichi powder.
Now serve Hot or Cold in the bowl.
